What we collect

When you submit the request form we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, optional email address, your answers to the form's questions, anything you type in the description field, and any photos you choose to attach. We also record the page you submitted from, the referring page, and any campaign parameters in the URL.

How we use it

We pass your request to an independent contractor who serves your area so they can contact you about the work. We use the rest to run and improve the site.

We do not sell your information.

Storage

Submitted requests are stored in a database we control, and notification emails are sent through an email service provider. Photos you attach are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.
